Hikaru was established in 2011 to become the IT solutions and services to SME businesses and bulk SMS resellers which are Daiki Mobile Micro Payment Gateway, Daiki Bulk Messaging Platform and Daiki Mobile CP platform. The company then ventured into the “Value Added Services”(VAS) provisioning contents to external mobile service providers and developing mobile platforms to serve sub-CP. With that, Hikaru Technology was given the ASP license in the year of 2012 and later was honoured with MSC status in 2013. With its milestones, Hikaru Technology continues to expand into Mobile apps development, NFC technology and In-Apps Billing Services.
