1. Details for Semi Final are:
    1.1   Date: 11 July 2008 (Friday)
    1.2   Reporting Time: 9am sharp (late arrival for 10 minutes will be disqualified)
    1.3   Reporting Venue: Stage 2, Hall 4, KL Convention Centre
    1.4   Reporting Agenda:
        a) Each contestant and model will be given a contestant tag and admission badge. Contestants and models must have              contestant tag and admission badge visible prior to before and during the competition.
        b) Each contestant will be given a tray and an apron.
        c) Contestant is to have all hair tools, hair products put into the tray.
        d) Contestant must be holding the tray while entering the stage with model.
    1.5   Competition Begins: 11am
    1.6   Competition Time: 45 minutes
    1.7   Judging Criteria: Hair Creation done in live must be the same as in the entry photograph.
    1.8   Score Area: 
            Haircut Technique        – 40%
            Hair blow Technique    – 20%
            Hair Dye Technique     – 15%
            Overall Image                – 25%
    1.9   Selection Process: 10 finalists will be selected for grand final
    1.10 Eligibilities Before Competition: Wardrobe, Make-up, Hair Dying, Attire and Accessories application.
    1.11 Ineligibilities ?Before Competition: Haircut, Hair Perm, Hair Blow and Styling
    1.12 Model:
        a) Models must be female.
        b) Contestant is NOT allowed to reuse the model as in entry photograph. He or she is to reselect a new real model for Semi              Final.
        c) All models are to present catwalk after 45 minutes of competition.
     1.13 Others:
        a) Each contestant is responsible for providing his or her own personal equipments such as scissors, brushes, hair blower              and etc. However, electronic hair trimmer is strictly prohibited.
        b) The organiser provides only a chair and an electricity extension.
        c) Contestant and model are to have the tray, contestant tag, admission badge and apron kept in good condition. The             organiser is not reliable for any damage or loss upon the equipments.
        d) Strictly NO wigs, hair accessories or hair extensions.
        e) Contestant and model are to be punctual and follow instructions from the crews of the organiser.
        f) Strictly NO assistants from model to contestant (e.g. Hair blowing, hand touching the hair and etc)
        g) All necessary pre-work can only be done by contestant alone, any violations on this rule will result in point deduction or             disqualification.
        h) Conversation between contestants is strictly NOT allowed during competition. No hair tools and products borrowing or              lending. Kindly put up the hand for any enquiries.
        i) Contestant and model are NOT allowed in hand-touching with any equipments or accessories on stage after 45 minutes            of competition time. Any violations on this rule will result in point deduction.

2. Details of Grand Final are:
    2.1 Date: 14 July 2008 (Monday)
    2.2  Reporting Time: 9am sharp (late arrival for 10 minutes will be disqualified)
    2.3  Reporting Venue: Stage 2, Hall 4, KL Convention Centre
    2.4  Reporting Agenda:
        a) Contestant and model are to have contestant tag and admission badge visible before and during the competition.
        b)Contestant must have all hair tools and equipments put into the tray.
        c) Contestant must be holding the tray while entering the stage with model.
    2.5  Competition Begins: 11am
    2.6  Competition Time: 45 minutes
    2.7  Judging Criteria: Contestant is to create a NEW hair-do, which is different from Semi Final’s.
    2.8  Score Area:
            Haircut Technique        – 40%
            Hair blow Technique   – 20%
            Hair Dye Technique     – 15%
            Overall Image                – 25%
    2.9   Selection Process: Gold Prize, Silver Prize, Bronze Prize and 7 consolation prizes will be awarded.
    2.10 Eligibilities Before Competition: Wardrobe, Make-up, Hair Dying, Attire and Accessories application.
    2.11 Ineligibilities Before Competition: Haircut, Hair Perm, Hair Blow and Styling
    2.12 Models:
        a) Models must be female.
        b) All finalists MUST be using the same model as in Semi Final.
        c) It’s solely upon contestant’s decision to have the model in the same attire and make-up, OR reselect a new set of attire             and make-up.
        d) All models are to present catwalk after 45 minutes of competition.
    2.13 Others:
        a) All 10 finalist and models are to reach backstage at 4.30pm sharp for preparation in attending the award presentation.             Contestant and model are to enter the stage in final hair creation, final attire and final make-up.
        b) Each contestant is responsible for providing his or her own personal equipments such as scissors, brushes, hair blower              and etc. However, electronic hair trimmer is strictly prohibited.
        c) The organiser provides only a chair and an electricity extension.
